Blackfire pays a surprise visit to her sister Starfire, saying she wants to spend some quality time with her. Despite the Titans' protests, Beast Boy becomes convinced that replacing his body parts with robotic limbs makes him more manly.

Aqualad asks Raven out on a date, which makes Beast Boy jealous. Cyborg tries to prove that Aqualad is really a pirate. When Robin starts a smear campaign against all of the other Titans so that he can be re-elected Team Leader, Raven uses a time machine to bring a great leader from the past to teach Robin how to lead.

Robin brings Starfire on a fake stakeout in an attempt to get a kiss, while Cyborg and Beast Boy hold their own stakeout to discover Raven's dark secret. When the Brain captures the Titans to fuel Project B. He goes to the forest to reconnect with his inner beast, but Mother Nature isn't as great as he had hoped. After defeating Slade in an epic battle not seen, Beast Boy and Cyborg want a clown for the celebration, only to find it boring. The Titans go over the basics for New Year's Eve parties to ensure a perfect one. Robin uses the prism to split the Titans into five parts so he can pick out the best ones for the team.

Robin is determined to become a cat in order to get Starfire's attention. After a humiliating defeat, Raven and the Titans work on building their lower body strength, becoming the "League of Legs. Meanwhile, Cinderblock returns to his mysterious boss, Slade voiced by Ron Perlman , with a prize: a sleeping inmate who becomes the monstrous Plasmus whenever he is awakened.

Thus, he's created a massive mind-bending school full of optical illusions and brainwashing, hypnotizing screens. Will the Titans be "reeducated" and lose their minds in the process?

Or will they find out the secret to Mad Mod's sinister school and teach him a lesson? Who is Slade? And what is he planning? The questions that have been keeping Robin awake at night are about to be answered. Slade contacts the Teen Titans and unveils his master plan: the Chronoton Detonator, a sinister-looking high-tech device that has the ability to stop time The Titans embark on a mad hunt to find the Detonator before it freeze-frames the entire city. But furious Robin is so intent on foiling Slade's plot that his anger is taking control.

As Robin mercilessly destroys robot commandos and threatens an innocent civilian for information, the Titans begin to worry that stopping Slade might mean losing Robin.

And ultimately, that's exactly what happens. Slade's "Chronoton Detonator" is a fake, a sophisticated decoy to lure the Titans away from Robin and infuse their bodies with nanoscopic probes.

Unknown to the Titans, Slade now has the ability to destroy Robin's friends from the inside out. And the only way for Robin to stop him is to serve him.

With no signs of Robin since Slade's "Chronoton Detonator" turned out to be a fake, the four remaining Teen Titans search the city for their missing leader.

But their quest soon ends when the Titan signal alerts them to a new villain in town. When they arrive on the scene at a high-tech defense lab, they are shocked to discover that this new villain is none other than Robin himself wearing a sinister new Slade insignia costume.

Unaware that Robin is only serving Slade to save his friends from the nanoscopic probes inside them, the bewildered Titans think Robin has betrayed them.

Warp, a superthief from the future, travels back in time to steal a priceless antique. But when the Teen Titans show up to stop him, the villain tries to escape. And in a desperate effort to catch the crook, Starfire is pulled into his time vortex and accidentally hurled 20 years into the future.

There, she makes a disturbing discovery: In this future, her friends are not friends anymore, and the Titans are history. Can Starfire stop Warp and fix the past so that this grim future never happens? A mysterious flying saucer chases a strange, green alien dog that has traveled to Earth. But when the alien dog bumps into the ever-changing Beast Boy who's now a green dog hanging out at the dog park , the flying saucer accidentally abducts the wrong pooch.
